Profile
I am a knowledgeable and qualified IT professional with particular experience in the Healthcare sector, having worked in both the NHS and software provider sector. I have worked on software testing for both the NHS and Healthcare IT companies, providing support during the design, testing, engagement and release processes, working with end users and developers, as well as a tester.
I have provided user training and floor walking support during new Electronic Patient Record system implementations for several NHS trusts, and I am particularly experienced in the Outpatients sector.
I have extensive experience of providing user and helpdesk support and issue management, having performed these roles for both suppliers and end user organisations.
I have also delivered data quality testing as part of the internal audit process.
