            Business Analyst supporting a team of analysts/writers and developers re-writing the National Pathology Coding (SNOMED) Standards, a complex project, dealing with many localised versions in use across the UK. Taking this role head-on. To evaluate the workflow, I developed several user requestors and patient scenarios to follow the process with non-standard swim lane maps showing the data journey across systems and describing the interoperability between systems such as EPR, LIMS and back across the landscape to MDT and completing the loop with letters to the requestor and patients.

            A fast-paced assignment working remotely closely with other consultants within an agile environment to deliver a high-level, Functional Requirements Catalogue to the Northern Care Alliance. The core of this role was coordinating and managing key stakeholder expectations and demands while gathering critical information from team meetings with demanding active listening skills to produce essential use case scripts while delivering to the target architecture for the conceptual care system. The project needed to consider many complicating factors, such as merging trusts. In contrast, others in the group were de-merging.
