Achievements

I have delivered different types of workshops for ends users and pre-sales commercial clients for variety of multi-million-pound deals with well-known big companies and worked alongside IT and project management pilots to enable companies to work in a digital workspace environment. I have implemented the importance of culture, space and latest technology, enabling clients to have hands on experience to see where they are now within the digital transformation to where they want to be in years to come. Popular transitioning includes, office 365, usage of Microsoft Teams, adopting the latest technology Microsoft surface family. I have had a strategic and tactical role, including defining and developing the training approach and multimedia materials in addition to engaging the business and delivering training. I have trained and supported all VIPs and recruited a team of advocates and champions across the business to drive changes in behaviors. Training delivery was very customer-focused and included pre-launch ‘hands-on’ classroom sessions, supporting documentation and videos, floorwalking and 1:1 deskside support.
