  • Provided clear leadership, direction and development to the Trust’s Information Management Team.

Bolton NHS Foundation Trust, Dashboard Integration Consultant - August 2013 – December 2013


  • Designed and developed a critically acclaimed Board level Trust wide early warning Dashboard and Scorecard.
  • Worked alongside an NHS specialist Programme Manager, analysing data requirements as specified by Monitor and advising on best data and presentation practices.
  • Worked in direct consultation with Executives, Directors and Consultants to ensure that strategic Trust objectives were represented and measured correctly.
  • Built in ownership of critical data from Trust Divisional Business managers, ensuring a proper Board reporting narrative.

Trafford Council, Project MI Officer - February 2012 – December 2012


  • Worked on a multi Council rationalisation project reviewing, and process mapping the Management Information and reporting work streams.
  • Delivered new working practices and report request procedures, enabling audit trails, improving team performance and service levels.

University of Manchester, Project Data Manager - March 2006 – October 2011


  • Member of the HR pay negotiation team, negotiated a new modelled payroll structure with the combined University Trade unions and ACAS.
  • Led negotiations with stakeholders advising on the best fit/cost effective University payroll structure using payroll modelling.
