Truepill, Global (US Headquarter)

Director of Product Management - 04/2021 – Present

Working in an incredibly fast paced, start-up environment, responsible for the working practices and product strategy for Truepill’s largest Enterprise Clients. With exception of the UK MD, I was the first UK employee promoted to Director, where previous management structure was US based only. Built relationships and introduced the operating model across Product, Engineering, QA, Design, User Research and Data, whilst also optimising global working practices.

  • Led the teams responsible for the build and implementation of the Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drugs Company product.
  • Owned and managed the build and implementation of ‘Optum Store’, part of UHG, within a 5-month timeframe, involving a project team of more than 80 Engineers, across 5 product verticals: eCommerce, Pharmacy, Mental Health, Synchronous Care and Asynchronous Care.
  • Increased revenue of a client product to over $100m within year 1 of implementation.
  • Built a highly skilled Product Team within the UK, whilst coaching and mentoring US PMs.
