Setting up and configuring new laptops remotely for new users, as well as supporting local push and pull printers. Used the Remedy ticket management system for all ticketing purposes.

Aug –Sept 2019 Service desk engineer working for MSP /Daisy customers performing first and second line duties for their customers. Laptop rebuilds using SCCM and Active directory were also carried out. Other duties included thin client workstation refreshes in the field.
April- July 2019 ICT Field engineer working for Pennine care NHS performing Konica Safe Q rollouts and healthcare informatics duties to do with the updating the IT asset management inventory within the trust.
