- To review, work through to closure / clear the backlog of Sostenuto Voice desktop tickets / calls. Currently over 50 in the queue).
- To continue building out the Voice desktop support service SOP’s and initiate / deliver knowledge transfer sessions to the wider desktop team.
- To help support the wider desktop team picking up the new work (including RA tickets).
