Voice Lead Engineer

MAX £20.50 per hour
Job Requirements/Description
  1. To review, work through to closure / clear the backlog of Sostenuto Voice desktop tickets / calls. Currently over 50 in the queue).
  2. To continue building out the Voice desktop support service SOP’s and initiate / deliver knowledge transfer sessions to the wider desktop team.
  3. To help support the wider desktop team picking up the new work (including RA tickets).

2 month contract initially

Essential skills/Experience
Helpdesk experience - Sostenuto ideally
