We are looking for a Technical Support Manager to take responsibility for day to day management of the IT Department. This will require day to day management and monitoring of both the Desktop Support and Service Desk teams.
As a Team Leader key responsibilities will include the following;
Must have previously worked within the NHS and possess excellent communication/customer service skills as well as experience of managing technical support teams.
This role will be full time on site and is to start as soon as possible.
Please note the successful candidate will be required to go through a DBS application.
