Rapid Response On Call Care Worker

In Home Support Matters, we know that enabling people to continue living in the place they feel most comfortable, can help them enjoy healthier, more fulfilling lives. On call shift pattern will be 7am-8pm, alternate weekends at a rate of £125.00 per weekend guaranteed on call payment, plus any additional work undertaken will be paid at an hourly rate of £10.35. Typical weekend on call shifts generates additional work of at least 16 hours minimum. The role of a Rapid Response On Call Care Worker is to provide a high level of care at short notice to individuals living in the community when their regular care worker is unable to attend for a variety of reasons. This position will require an experienced care worker to provide short notice care to individuals living in Gt. Yarmouth or Lowestoft (paid mileage) depending on where the need arises. Responsibilities will include: personal care, support with medication, meal prep.
