T-Cell Scientist A T-Cell Scientist needed for a progressive clinical-stage immunotherapy company based in Stevenage. This company is pioneering the development of T cell therapies and is passionate about finding the cure for cancer. The company provides a fantastic manufacturing compacity for Phase 1 and 2 of clinical trials, with a focus on next generation enhancements which can further improve clinical outcomes. The company is seeking a T-Cell Scientist whose main responsibilities will be to support the core manufacturing team in a clean room environment to produce T-cell products. This role represents an amazing opportunity to be a part of a growing team with plenty of development opportunities. Key responsibilities of the T-Cell Scientist: Work within a core manufacturing team in a cleanroom environment to produce T Cell products to meet FDA, EU and MHRA guidelines Carry out manufacturing support activities, material transfer stock management, equipment cleaning and maintenance. Remain in compliance with quality management and GMP systems Draft, prepare and revise GMP documentation including BMRs, SOPs, change control, manufacturing protocols and reports. Support key equipment maintenance and training (e.g., CliniMACS Prodigy, Bioquell Isolator Technologies, MACSQUANT analyser, Aseptic Behaviors, Capacity Modelling and understanding) Support adherence to manufacturing targets and schedules Contribute to planning and execution of work packages in validation, manufacturing improvement projects, tech transfer activities and procedure development Contribute to deviations management, route cause analysis, process risk management and CAPARequirements for the T-Cell Scientist: Higher degree in Biology, Biomedical Science, Biochemical Engineering, Immunology, Haematology, Pharmacology, or related discipline At least 1 years' experience in a GMP field Understanding of and experience with GMP regulations, aseptic processes, and cleanroom environments Experience with T cell/ mammalian cell culture
