Adullam Homes have an exciting opportunity for a My Life Coach to join the team. Location: Bolton Salary: £20,000 per annum Hours: 37.5 hours per week, worked on a rota of early and late shifts Fixed term contract for 8 months About Us: As a values-based organisation all employees contribute to the maintenance and development of our values, culture and ethos by articulating and demonstrating them to build a staff culture where every person feels empowered and valued. My Life Coach - The Role: We have a great opportunity for a My Life Coach within our service which is at the heart of Bolton's locality plan. Building on the strengths of individuals, families, partner agencies and communities Adullam aims to deliver a flexible and innovative asset-based approach to reduce and prevent homelessness in Bolton improving outcomes for all. The main purpose of the My Life Coach role is to empower the customer by facilitating the development of their skills and knowledge to enable them to access, secure and retain accommodation and housing into the future. My Life Coach - You: To be successful in this role as My Life Coach you will have: - Knowledge and understanding of the needs of vulnerable and socially excluded people - Have a passion for encouraging and coaching individuals to manage their lives & fulfil their potential. - Possess good written and verbal communication skills - IT skills - Great organisational and time management abilities Above all, you will be committed to achieving great positive outcomes for our clients. In return we offer a competitive salary and benefits package which includes; - Salary of £20.000 - 5 weeks' holiday (excluding bank holidays) rising to 6 weeks after service - 2 additional days' holiday per year available based on attendance - Westfield Heath Cash Plan - Death in service policy - Pension scheme - Enhanced sick pay, maternity pay and paternity pay.
