We work together in close partnership with our clients and their families to support adults and children with complex care needs. We are looking for experienced Support Workers, to join the Bespoke Family, and help us to deliver our mission to provide person-centred care, that is built upon creating a partnership, and striving to fulfil our clients' needs and individual wishes. We do everything we can to help our clients access new experiences and achieve their aspirations.

Our areas of expertise include: Learning Disabilities & Autism, Spinal Injuries, Physical Disabilities, Brain Injuries, Mental Health Conditions and Children's Services.

Key responsibilities:

· Working as a Support Worker, together with a team, helping clients with daily activities and/or personal care

· Getting to know clients and their families, and building relationships that support the individual

· Facilitating involvement and participation in activities, new experiences and access to other services where needed, for example, educational support

· Helping clients manage any medication effectively and safely

· Being there, with your team, to help.

· Completing any records needed to make sure that our clients are safe and protected from risk, and that we operate in a fully compliant way.
