The service provides person centred care to elderly residents with a range of physical conditions including residents who have suffered a stroke, hearing impairment, speech and visual impairments. This versatile service offers residential, nursing and respite care to suit the needs of each individual. The service boasts an excellent reputation for the care that they provide and has achieved a good CQC rating. The Home Manager is looking for a driven Deputy Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to work closely alongside them, ensuring the smooth running of the service at all times.
