MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The post holder will provide administrative and secretarial services including, for example, diary management, minute taking, document formatting, meeting arrangements and supporting colleagues with gathering information and undertaking enquires as and when necessary.
The job description and person specification are an outline of the tasks, responsibilities and outcomes required of the role. The job holder will carry out any other duties as may reasonably be required by their line manager.
The job description and person specification may be reviewed on an on-going basis in accordance with the changing needs of the Directorate and or the organisation.
The post holder will be expected to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all times. Communicate professionally and effectively with the Directors, clinicians and Senior Managers at all times. Communicate professionally and effectively with all external organisation including clients, Trusts, CCGs, NHS improvement and any other external parties.
Primarily remote but will be required onsite for ad-hoc meetings. NHS experience strongly preferred
