An exciting job opportunity has arisen for a motivated RGN or RMN to work in an exceptional hospital service based in the Bradford, West Yorkshire area. As a Nurse you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This is a purpose-built care home designed for older people requiring residential and nursing care. The dedicated team ensure we meet the resident’s individual care and social needs


As a Nurse your key duties include:

·        You will be responsible for the care of service users

·        You will be at the forefront of providing a first class service where You make a difference to everyone you support

·        Undertaking and managing direct patient care

·        Having participated fully in the assessment

·        Planning and evaluation of medical, physical and social care needs

·        Supportive and passionate about patient safety

·        Clinical excellence and person-centred care

·        Working as part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team to meet the individual nursing and residential care needs of residents


The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

·        Have excellent organisation skills

·        Leadership skills

·        Hold a strong work ethic

·        Be able to provide a high quality of care

·        Administer medication safely

·        Create and update individualised care plans and documentation

·        Deliver hands on nursing care to ensure the well-being and health of our residents

·        Have an excellent understanding of the standards set by CQC

·        Able to show a can-do attitude always

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £16.50 per hour and the annual salary is £28,314 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role for 33 hours a week, working throughout Night Shifts. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
