An outstanding new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Registered Home Manager to work in an amazing care home based in the Hampton, Middlesex area. As the Registered Home Manager you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers


The special care home offers both residential and specialist dementia care to its residents


The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

·        Ideally 3 years’ experience as a Registered Manager with CQC

·        You must have a proven track record in management and delivery of high-quality care within a residential setting

·        Have excellent communication skills with a natural ability to lead, motivate and inspire your team

·        Experience and knowledge of working in dementia care

·        Keen in developing yourself and others & able to build good relationships with the residents & their families


The successful Registered Home Manager will receive an excellent annual salary from £55,000 up to £60,000 per annum DOE + Bonus. This exciting position is a Full Time role and in return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
