We are looking for a Business Analyst with NHS experience to support one of our NHS customers in the South East of England.
Working closely with the Maternal Medicine Network you will be supporting a number of Trusts who together are responsible for over 40, 000 births per year. The Maternal Medicine Network was a pilot site and has successfully worked since 2019 to develop the service and improve the care of women with medical problems in pregnancy.
Part of the service specification defines a number of key performance indicators which are required to be reported on annually. Data needs to be extracted from each of the hospital Trusts who have their own IT infrastructure and level of digital maturity.
This project requires a practical and motivated individual to assess the data capture and reporting capabilities in each Trust site against the required KPIs set out in the service specification and create a report for each Trust on what is required to streamline, for example automate, the data capture and reporting to allow this yearly audit to be as easy and least labour intensive as possible.
The ideal candidate will be someone with the following skills:
· Excellent communication skills - cognisant and mindful of heavy clinical workloads when eliciting requirements
· Business analyst experience ideally from health care preferred but not essential
· A self-starter who is comfortable in complex environments with limited use of methodologies
· Demonstrable experience of problem statement generation, process mapping and relationship management (stakeholder mapping)
This is an exciting time to be joining the Maternal Medicine Network as they pioneer the development and maturation of the network functionality and capabilities to improve the care and outcomes of women with medical conditions complicating pregnancy.
Start asap for two months initially.
This role will require a mixture of onsite and remote working.
