Both positions would be initially for a 3 month contract but would be required to travel to various sites where our client offers support services. A car driver/owner is essential so business mileage would be reimbursed.
The job roles would include the following:
Configuration of new mobile phones and iPads to set configurations ensuring devices are enrolled within Mobile Device Management systems.
Supporting and assisting users with everyday issues and problems encountered with the use of their mobile devices.
Dealing with service requests from users via the organisations service management system and management of assigned workload in accordance with the teams operational procedures.
Assist with the various device replacement projects for current partners and customers.
Ordering new devices and allocating mobile device equipment to users.
Recording and updating information systems.
Liaison with 3rd party communication service suppliers via supplier portals to ensure activation and communication for devices are maintained, working and supported.
Working with other support service teams including security to ensure that all partner trust devices and information is kept secure as per set NHS guidelines.
Travelling to local sites to provide support clinics to our user base as and when required.
Candidates need to have good customer service skills and have worked with mobile devices before.
