Desktop Support Engineer required with the follow skills & experience:
Key responsibilities will include:
Providing IT support to the Digital Programme Team.
Build and deployment of new hardware.
Upgrade of existing hardware to latest Windows versions.
Updating of Asset Inventory records when replacing equipment.
Troubleshooting and resolving faults in line with the Trusts SLA's.
Installation and replacement of hardware(s),
Work to the deadlines set by the Desktop Support Manager.
NHS experience is essential for this role as you will be deploying kit into key clinical areas & you must have a full clean driving licence as you may have to travel to other sites.
