Deputy Home Manager Oldbury, Birmingham £20.00 per hour - £40,560 per annum Days - 39 hour contract Mixed clinical & supernumerary shifts Time Recruitment is assisting a NEW service search for a Deputy Home Manager in the Oldbury area of Birmingham. The service is part of wider well-established care group that operates exclusively in the Birmingham area and works closely with Sandwell CCG; this new modern service was designed to support the CCG's needs for elderly/frail nursing care; general nursing care and a specialist unit for ABI care. The role of Deputy Home Manager is to support the new manager in overseeing the service, at full occupancy the service caters to 49 residents across 3 units, with the largest unit being 19 beds. The service currently only has 24 residents, you will work closely with the home manager as the Deputy Home Manager to ensure clinical governance and staff management is effective and consistent alongside promoting advanced nursing care throughout the service. The home manager you will be working with is RGN trained also so you can be assured of joining a nurse led care home as their Deputy Home Manager; to apply you will need to be RGN or RMN trained and hold a valid NMC pin.
