Seven Social Care are looking for a Residential Care Manager to work within a 10 bed house for Adults (age 17-65) with Learning disabilities in Redbridge, London. NVQ level 5 in social care Hours are 9am-5pm Salary variable depending on experience £30,000-£45,000 The role: The Registered Manager will be responsible for the day to day running of this small residential home You will ensure services are delivered in a way that puts the people we support at the centre of their care and promotes rights, choice, dignity and diversity. You will ensure the service meets all organisational and statutory requirements and that the service is delivered in compliance with Care Quality Commission Guidelines (CQC) and company Policies and Procedures. Applicant Requirements: Qualifications: NVQ level 5 in social care Experience: 2+ years working within a similar role. Compliance: Current DBS check. Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently. Hours: 37.5 hours p/w.
