Job Description: Internal Recruitment Officer Responsible To: Care Manager This role is responsible for the end to end recruitment process of support assistants and care workers for a well established Health & Social Care services provider. Monday to Friday, day working, based at Head Office in Slough with travel as required Summary of Benefits: * Salary up to £27k depending on experience * 28 days annual leave * Company Bonus Scheme * Company Pension Scheme * Company laptop * Pension Scheme * Free car parking The Job Carrying out the end to end recruitment process for care workers as directed by the Care Manager. Developing recruitment campaigns ensuring that recruitment is organised and conducted expeditiously for all roles. Placing adverts on internal job boards and external recruitment job sites. Conducting initial screening, telephone and face to face interviews. Making recruitment decisions, generating all offer paperwork for candidates and completing all necessary recruitment administration. The Person: You must have previous experience in a dedicated domiciliary care recruitment role. You will be a well organised individual who is a good communicator and decision maker. You will have excellent administrative skills and confident using IT. It is essential that you have a valid driving licence and use of your own vehicle. Experience in recruitment within Health & Social Care is desirable The role offers a dynamic work environment, working with a fun and friendly team from nice, modern offices based in Slough and remote work locations in Uxbridge
