£45,000 Per Annum
Job Requirements/Description
The Project Manager will play a key role within Medacs' growing Workforce Solutions business to drive the project management and implementation of new and extended contracts. Key deliverables are project and implementation methodology, sensitive stakeholder management and proactive change management strategies They are expected to operate in a confident, imaginative and capable manner across a diverse portfolio of technologies and business areas. The Project Manager will be required to be a self-starter, with excellent communication skills and the ability to positively influence the work environment. This role contains UK wide travel with overnight stays but will be based remotely. Responsibilities To liaise with the Sales team in relation to any new potential Workforce Solution contracts Present at client meetings in relation to the Implementation approach and process To put in place detailed plans, timelines and mobilisation plans in view of any Workforce Solutions contracts Analyse any potential risks with implementations, incorporating these into the implementation plan Building an effective working relationship with all departments - to ensure that the project requirements are understood and reached in an accurate representation of operational and client requirements Working alongside the Sales team, to ensure the client's full requirements are gained Adapt approach, goals, and methods to achieve implementation progress in dynamic situations Provide timely reports and MI to keep the business informed of all activities relating to the project Provide support, guidance and advice to internal and external stakeholders on the implementation Develop and work with other members of the team to support all aspects of implementation Chair regular progress meetings with the implementation team and wider Managed Services' team Cope well with and help stakeholders to deal with the ongoing demands of change Ensure that the project is launched and delivered in accordance with the agreed plans and timescalesKey Skills Project management qualification essential Project management experience at managing multiple projects Strong relationship building skills Ability to identify and understand clients needs Experience of presenting to external and internal stakeholders Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal Influencing and persuasion skills Time management ability Commercial awareness Strong planning and organising abilities Excellent interpersonal skillsPlease be aware this advert will remain open until the vacancy has been filled.
