£61180 per annum + Great Benefits | 40 Hours – Days | Elderly Nursing Home – Good CQC A Registered Nurse with proven experience in nursing home management is required to lead and develop a 52 bedded nursing home in Gloucester. The home is fully CQC compliant and offers round the clock care to older adults with a range of elderly and dementia nursing care needs. This includes the effective management of staff, budgets and resources along with ensuring all clinical and medication records are accurately maintained and care is to a high standard. What we are looking for: • NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN/RN1/RNA, Mental Health Nurse/RMN/RMHN, or Learning Disabilities Nurse/RNLD • Demonstrate current management experience in an elderly nursing home setting, with a proven track record of success • Good understanding of CQC essential standards and quality requirements • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Well organised, with good attention to detail and a passion for providing high quality care For further details, or to apply now, please follow the link provided.
