Registered Nurse - Nights £26,144 - £31,736 per annum + 30% enhancements for nights Stagenhoe Neurological Care Centre, Hitchin SG4 8BY Working hours: 7 shifts per fortnight as rostered (Week 1 : 3 shifts - Week 2 : 4 shifts) Shift times 20.45-07.45 75 hours per fortnight **NHS Holiday accrual honoured** *£1,000 one off payment on completion of probation period* *£3,600 Retention bonus, paid in 12 monthly instalments *Continuation of NHS pension when coming direct from NHS Sue Ryder, Stagenhoe Park, Hitchin have an amazing opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our well established and dedicated team of Healthcare Professionals. Stagenhoe is a Sue Ryder specialist neurological care centre based in Hertfordshire, caring for people aged 18 and over a range of neurological conditions. At Stagenhoe, we provide the care people need to optimise their health and wellbeing, maximise their independence and support their emotional and social needs. We offer a huge range of support, from long-term residential care in our 45-bed centre to short-stay respite care. Short stays can be for a few days or a few weeks, depending on the needs of the individual. Enhancements: 8.00 pm to 6.00 am (nights) 30% Friday midnight to Sunday midnight (weekends) 45% Public Holidays 24 hours midnight to midnight 60% You will be: •Registered Nurse, preferably with experience in neurological or specialist palliative care •Relevant post-registration training or willing and able to gain within 1 year •An ability to demonstrate a commitment to continued professional development •Awareness of current legislation within independent care sector •Completion of NMC recognised accredited mentor training and able to mentor students and less experienced staff •We offer a huge range of support, from long-term residential care in our 45-bed centre to short-stay respite care.
